Legal
General terms for bookings and travel services administered through Arhhal Travel Services.
These terms provide the general framework for travel services sold, arranged or administered through Arhhal Travel Services and its customer-facing travel brands.
Specific products and private journeys may have different prices, payment schedules, inclusions, cancellation conditions and operational requirements. The terms confirmed for your particular booking form part of your booking agreement.
Arhhal Travel Services is the operating identity represented through separately registered legal entities. The legal contracting entity for a booking will be identified where applicable in the quotation, checkout, payment request, booking confirmation or other booking documentation.
If a booking has specific written conditions, those conditions take precedence over these general terms where they differ.
The usual order of precedence is:
An inquiry, itinerary discussion or availability request is not by itself a confirmed booking.
A booking becomes confirmed only when the applicable booking requirements have been completed, including any required payment or deposit, and confirmation has been issued through the relevant booking channel.
Availability can change until a booking is confirmed.
The applicable price, currency, deposit or full-payment requirement, balance deadline and included services are those shown in the relevant quotation, checkout or booking confirmation.
Payment requirements may differ by product, travel date, supplier commitment and booking format.
Where WeTravel or another payment provider is used, that provider processes the payment under its own platform and payment terms. Arhhal Travel Services does not use this corporate website to collect card details directly.
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably required to arrange or operate the booking. This may include names, contact details, pickup or accommodation information, dietary requirements, accessibility or mobility needs, and other practical travel details.
Travelers are also responsible for holding the travel documents, permissions and insurance required for their own circumstances.
Travel in Morocco can be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, local operating conditions and supplier availability. Pickup, journey and arrival times may therefore be estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Reasonable operational substitutions may occasionally be required, including equivalent changes to a vehicle, accommodation, local supplier, activity arrangement or meeting point. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Travel services may involve independent transport providers, guides, accommodation providers, camps, activity providers, restaurants and other local suppliers.
Relevant supplier availability, operating rules and conditions may affect the delivery of a booking. Information shared with suppliers should be limited to what is reasonably required to arrange and provide the booked service.
The cancellation policy that applies to your booking is the policy shown or referenced in the applicable quotation, product page, WeTravel checkout, payment request or booking confirmation.
Different products may have different cancellation conditions because booking formats and supplier commitments vary. A cancellation request is assessed using the conditions applicable to that specific booking.
Where a cancellation request must be made by email, the time the request is received is used to determine the applicable cancellation window.
Refunds for a no-show, late arrival, missed departure or voluntarily unused service are governed by the conditions applicable to the booking and any supplier commitments already made.
If a departure or booked service is cancelled or materially changed by the organizer, the available remedy will be confirmed for the affected booking based on its circumstances, supplier conditions and applicable legal requirements.
No blanket refund or replacement promise should be assumed beyond the conditions confirmed for the booking.
Eligible refunds are normally returned through the original payment channel where available.
Once a refund has been authorized and released, bank, card-network or payment-provider processing times are outside the direct control of Arhhal Travel Services.
Travelers are responsible for arranging suitable travel insurance for their circumstances, including appropriate cover for cancellation, medical treatment and other risks relevant to the trip.
Travel arrangements may be affected by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, natural events, strikes, governmental action or other significant operational disruption.
Where this happens, the affected booking will be handled according to the circumstances, applicable supplier conditions, confirmed booking terms and any legal rights that apply.
Questions about these terms, cancellations, refunds or a booking administered through Arhhal Travel Services can be sent to info@arhhaltravelservices.com.
Brand-specific or urgent travel-day contact details may also be supplied privately with the relevant booking.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The applicable contracting entity and any jurisdiction-specific booking terms will be identified where required in the relevant booking documentation.
These general terms may be updated as the operating structure, booking processes or legal requirements evolve. The version published on this page is the current general Terms & Cancellation Policy.
